Global Head of Policy | TRM Labs
Ari Redbord is Global Head of Policy at TRM Labs, an AI and blockchain intelligence company. Prior to TRM, he served as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary and Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at the U.S. Treasury, working with OFAC, FinCEN, and other components to safeguard the financial system from illicit use by terrorist financiers and rogue state actors. Before Treasury, Ari spent eleven years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia prosecuting terrorism, cryptocurrency, and human trafficking cases, and served as Vice-Chair of the CFTC’s Technology Advisory Committee.

Tom Olsen is Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon, where he leads the Global Scam Prevention program, Amazon’s legal effort to disrupt criminal networks that impersonate the company to defraud consumers worldwide. His team coordinates cross-border enforcement actions, law enforcement partnerships, and legal strategies to dismantle fraud operations at scale. He also co-founded the Scam Justice Legal Clinic, a pro bono initiative providing scam victims with legal services. Before Amazon, Tom served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps, prosecuting cases for the Western Judicial Circuit.

He has worked with state lawmakers to introduce novel legislation to prevent online scams and fraud on online platforms. He has a decade of experience working on policy, research, digital, and creative for various nonprofits and campaigns.

She serves on the board of the Internet Education Foundation and holds a master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. from UCLA.
